"the page cannot be displayed" issue for BIG-IP 1500 LTM

Hi

 

 

We have two units of BIG-IP 1500 LTM that one is active unit and another one is standby. There are 10 virtual servers but only two virtual servers are actively in use. Pool members are Oracle Application Servers.

 

 

Recently, we have often got "the page cannot be displayed" when accessing virtual servers. After we changed standby unit into active, there is no more issue.

 

 

- What should be cause of issue?

 

- Which logs to check for the issue?

    Hi Tin,

     

     

    Maybe there is a memory leak on the first unit? You could check /var/log/ltm for more information.

     

     

    If you need more detailed help troubleshooting the issue, you could open a case with F5 Support.
