test email is working, email alert on any pool member down.

I have configured mailhub and received test email.   I want email alert if any pool member goes down. Can someone tell me what to write in /config/user_alert.conf To irfan.khan@xxx from F5_admin@...

So if your log looks like this 

Dec  5 01:23:13 bigip err tmm1[16283]: 01010028:3: No members available for pool /Common/xml-broker-https
then your alert line would look something like this 
alert Tibco-LB-Group20 "No members available for pool /Common/xml-broker-https" {

This will work, but you will have to create an alert for every pool. Now it may be possible to use icall if you have access to it (v11.4 or later required) to execute the email and make it more dynamic but I haven't tried that.
