tcpdump not showing all data

I have a test VIP that load balances to a single web server which I can connect to with no problem over port 80...I'm running version 10.0.1.     I turned up tcpdump to watch the traffic oo...

yes, I'm using the CLI and tcpdump doesn't work correctly using this method, it doesn't show all the network packet and is very delayed when it does work. Anyone see this issue on their boxes?
