In case this may help someone else...
I managed to export the EHF from the current active device using WINSCP.. located in /shared/images.
You will need EHF and base image. See here - https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K55025573
Then I needed to copy the master key from device to new.

https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K9420 - Master Key Export
