Synchronize device-group in F5

Hi, sometimes we need to synchronize two F5. In Device Management ====> Overview, there are two Device Groups, one of the two is "device_trust_group" and another one looks one created, for example, AAA. I noticed only AAA device group need to be sync. So, usually we just need to synchronize AAA and do not need to sync "device_trust_group", right? Thank you
