synchronize_configuration as Operator

Is it possible to call synchronize_configuration as an Operator or will this require Administrative privileges? When I do call this method as an Operator, I get an Access Denied:

 

 

User "" is not authorized to access "urn:iControl:System/ConfigSync::synchronize_configuration".

 

 

I am fairly sure this cannot be done as an Operator, however I want to confirm.
