NimbostratusSync Problem
Hello all,
I would like to push my config from the active to the passive box.
When performing a sync from the gui or from the cli, I get the following message:

Error text : Error trying to determine whether configuration is encrypted or not.

Any idea, please?

Hi Jose,
This error seems to be related to a read only mount. If you save a UCS from the active unit, manually copy it using scp or WinSCP to the standby unit and manually load it with 'b config install /path/to/file.ucs' do you see a more verbose error?

would u mind trying to restart httpd and do configsync again?

jato_40959Finally, the problem is an issue with the harddrive firmware. I nedd update the firmware through EUD.
The disk partitions are in read only and the syn can´t write temporal files.

I could see this problem, when i tried to do the manually copy.
