Sync error (can't write operation)

Hi

I tried to push and pull method into standby unit . but this seem Standby unit can't access ucs file from Active unit

In first picture

I tried push method "bigpipe config sync all" but error show "error opening file for write operation" .

In second picture

I tried pull method "bigpipe config sync pull" but Standby unit can't create ucs file.

So I assume that if harddisk is full (it's likely impossible) or Standby unit have a problem to write or create file

I running BIG-IP 9.1.2. and platform 3900
