switchover delay for Global Load Balancing

Hello,

 

 

I am just wondering if anyone had implemented a switchover delay (3DNS works in GA mode) between primary and secondary site (to prevent flapping or due to switchover protocol pushed by Ops policy or tech. challenges like DB sync etc.)

 

 

What is the best solution to deal with such requirements ?
