Streaming to phone says "no response"

The company I work for optimizes the load for streaming to hand held devices and we normally deploy F5's in production and in our test environment's for load balancing our streamers. Currently we are experiencing an issue that we don't see packets returning to the phone. We can see the UDP packets in the TCP dump on the streamer, but the phone says "no response".

    Hi Jeffrey,

     

     

    I'm not sure what the application layer error of "no response" indicates. But can you compare a working session to a failed one by capturing tcpdumps of both? If you need help capturing or interpreting tcpdumps, you can check SOL411 (Click here) and/or open a case with F5 Support.
