Statistics for server response time

Can the statistics provided from PoolMember::get_statistics provide me with the average and maximum response time of the pool member for traffic through BigIP?     The statistics ST...

It seems to be in milliseconds. A single request to a http virtual that takes 12ms for the entire client request/response is showing up as a duration time of 5. I'll get the wiki documentation updated with this.
