stable and F5 recommended TMOS version
Hi,
please suggest the stable and recommended TMOS version. as we know V13.x is also available but as per my understanding, should go with V12.1.2 with HF2. Deployment is for ASM mainly.

V12.1.2HF2 is quite stable but still has few bug, which I have observed. i.e after installing you need to restart statsd(performance graph) demons to get graph.

i want to correct my question... actually HF2 is for 12.1.1.2 i.e. "Hotfix-BIGIP-12.1.1.2.0.204-HF2" but for 12.1.2 , i find only " Hotfix-BIGIP-12.1.2.0.93.249-ENG.iso" . i think this is updated engineering HF right?

Right, there is no regular Hotfix Relese for 12.1.2 available yet. I think the enginnering hotfix was released for quickly fixing the ticketbleed vulnerability.

Hi,
for any new deployment, I recommend version 12.1.2 (without ENG HF except if installed in Viprion)
version 12.1.2 is as stable as 11.6.X versions (I had more issues in version 11.6.X than in 12.1.2)
In version 12.1.2, ASM is easier to configure with learning page simplified)
