SSLv3 POODLE for iAPPs meet.xxxxx.ch

Could someone please advise how we can disable sslv3 for meet.xxxx.ch through which uses iAPP. When I try to add DEFAULT:!SSLv2:!SSLv3 in the certificate cipher configuration I get the below error on the F5. F5 software version: BIG-IP 11.2.1 Build 807.0 Hotfix HF1

01070734:3: Configuration error: The application (/Nest003/LYNC_meet.xxxxx.ch.app/LYNC_meet.xxxxxx.ch) has strict updates enabled, the object (client SSL profile /Nest003/LYNC_meet.xxxxx.ch.app/LYNC_meet.xxxxxx.ch_reverse_proxy_client_ssl) must be updated using an application management interface
