SSL Profile (Server) Irule

We have an irule that based on URI dictates which pool the traffic should go to. This works perfectly as expected except that one pool is running https on the origin servers and requires an SSL Profile (Server) to be set and the other pool is not. This SSL Profile (Server) in our case is defined as (origin_SSL). Can someone guide us on how to set specifically the SSL Profile (Server) for a specific pool in an irule. The SSL Profile (Client) is the same for all pools so that must stay intact.
