I have tried by removing http profile binded to HTTPS Vserver and telnet to VS:443 below is the output,

 

 

10.1.1.25:59127 <-> 10.1.1.50:https <-> any6 tcp 1/0

 

 

by seeing this, It is clear any issue with Certificate ?
