Splash Page Using Ifile when failure attempts on 404 request

Hi Guys -

 

I am trying to implement a rule with the help of Ifile using separate splash page.

 

Since my requirement is the original page will working as it is , however if the situation the page attempts at client session prompting 404 http error at time my irule should go to my splash page saying my message as what i published in the html that i called in the ifile.

 

Actually i have starting to understand and making it to done. Meanwhile i want you to seek your idea's on the best way to achieves this request.
