specifying multiple email addresses in the device-alert list in EM

Hi, I need to specify multiple email addresses in the device alert list in the enterprise manager ver 3.0. I just do the basic thing like giving a comma and then specifying the next email address. BUT it is not working this way. If i specify the single email, i recieve an alert. .. what am i doing wrong?
