SP initiated SAML not redirecting to value in RelayState

I am working on SAML IdP on the APM (v12.1.2). The SAML resource is not redirecting to the URL passed in the RelayState. I have verified that the RelayState is being passed from the SP.

 

Can anyone think of a reason that the APM would not see/use this value?

    Nevermind. An iRule I had to autolaunch the SAML resource was inadvertently forcing the default RelayState. I removed the iRule and the RelayState worked correctly.
