I renamed the old version to a .cronorig, then copied in the new with the original name. This morning i ran it manually and everything worked perfectly again. As of now i have deleted the .cronorig file so only the new version is in there. I wouldn't have thought that it would have tried to run the .cronorig file though since that is not a valid file extension?
