Solarwind not able to pull stats for Memory Usage

Hi Team, I'm in a situation where the solarwind not displaying the memory usage in the meter. CPU and other parameter is working as expected. Could you please help to identify, where can be the problem lies ?

    easiest would be a support ticket, they can do a remote session and look into your config.

     

    if everything works except memory it might be the OID is wrong, did you configure those manually? double check it.
