Solaris Server instances ( pool members ) using TCP monitor health check

Hi All,   Im wondering why Tcp health monitor behavior is different on when we use Solaris servers. is something we deal with tcp time_wait against F5?

We all have this kind of problems biting us. I wonder why there still isn't a sol article (I am not aware of one) to warn about and advise effective ways of dealing with this; admittedly this can get tricky.
