Actually I was looking for a software load balancer for Windows server 2012 R2 Physical machine. I want to balance HTTP/HTTPS/FTP load between 5 nodes.Load balancer should give high availability across Nodes.

(Editors note: the LineRate product has been discontinued for several years. 09/2023)

i never used linerate before but you may check this to see whether big-ip or linerate fits you more.

noted with thanks. i might understand ss185514. i thought windows machines are where servers are (not where load balancer will be installed).
