Actually I was looking for a software load balancer for Windows server 2012 R2 Physical machine. I want to balance HTTP/HTTPS/FTP load between 5 nodes.Load balancer should give high availability across Nodes.

i never used linerate before but you may check this to see whether big-ip or linerate fits you more.

LineRate is a light-weight load balancer, yes, but unfortunately, LineRate does not work on Windows Server. Technically, you can install VMware on your Windows box, and run a LineRate instance as a guest, but it is not recommended for production environments for performance reasons.
