SNMP traffic configured with different outbound IPs

Hello I was being asked if there was a way to configure SNMP traffic coming from our exchange servers going out to Microsoft online could be configured to go out a different IP than the standard floating IPs.  Is the only way of doing this to setup a forwarding VS with a vlan and the exchange server configured to use it as its default gateway?
