snmp monitoring Pool member

Hello, i would like to ask you guys for pool members SNMP monitoring

 

what i need to do is to monitor pool member and collect cpu usage on each member and based on this choose Dynamic load balancer method which will distribute traffic based on those CPU usage information

 

Did anyone do that before and can share how to do it?
