The traps are based on the monitors. If the monitors are seeing green you are visually see a red then there is a flaw in the monitor. You need to look at the monitor to determine why it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. If the monitor is also showing red, then what you have there is a possibly a BUG, in that case you need to open a case with F5 or go to thier knowledge base "https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us.html"
