SNMP following Hot Fix 6
HI,
any ideas what has changed in hotfix 6.
I have two F5 devices one using HF4 and one using HF6.
The HF4 returns. snmpwalk -v2c -csomeoldcrapsnmpstring 172.x.x.4 -On .1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.1.1.2.1.45.0 .1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.1.1.2.1.45.0 = Counter64: 313129280
the HF6 returns. snmpwalk -v2c -csomeoldcrapsnmpstring 172.x.x.3 -On .1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.1.1.2.1.45.0 .1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.1.1.2.1.45.0 = Counter64: 0
I am querying Total Memory and Used Memory.
any ideas?

Hello Andrew,
If you are talking about 11.6.0 HF6, we also noticed the same issue for the memory stats. It looks like a bug. I'm currently testing with latest version to see if the issue persist

Hi
had somehow this issue with 11.6 HF6.. F5 support gave us the following workaround: "Use sysStatMemoryUsedKb instead of sysStatMemoryUsed"
APM apmPaStatCurrentActiveSessions also returns 0. We got that fixed with an EngHF on top of HF6.

I have the same issue on v11.6.0 HF6 as well. Hello,
Sounds like it's not a bug :
sysStatMemoryUsed OBJECT-TYPE SYNTAX Counter64 MAX-ACCESS read-only STATUS deprecated DESCRIPTION "Deprecated! Replaced by sysStatMemoryUsedKb. The memory in use in bytes for TMM (Traffic Management Module)." ::= { sysGlobalStat 45 }Hello,
This is fixed on 11.6.1
