SNMP Connections per pool member

I'm looking for a way to query the number of connections for each pool member. Actually, it'd be great to also get the total number of requests/connections as a counter (so I could graph conns/sec). ...

Yeah, I was using those...but I was using snmp v1 by accident. They only work with snmp v2!
