Not sure whether it worked for you.
You can create a SNAT Pool which include w.x.y.z and w1.x1.y1.z1, then use iRule to check the Client_Side IP address then use the specific SNAT Pool. BIGIP will pick the same Subnet SNAT IP regarding the VS Pool node IP subnet.
