SNAT AUTOMAP PRIORITY
Hi Team,
For now we have 10.20.14.x/24 subnet which we using for Internal VIPs.
And while creating the Virtual-servers, we are calling SNAT as AUTOMAP manually to each and every new Virtual-server created.
Can we do the below as the alternative:
====================== Local Traffic >> SNATs > SNAT List
Name : DMZ Partition Common
Configuration: Translation : Automap Origin : All addresses VLAN Traffic : Enabled on
VLAN List : Core-F5( 10.20.14.X/24 subnet VLAN)
If we create this, how the LTM will determine the SNAT Priority, I mean:
-
If we create the SNAT List named DMZ where Automap is enabled for whole subnet, whether this will be first checked or
-
When we manually call the Automap into the Virtual-Servers.
Thanks and Regards PZ

I believe that virtual server has priority over SNAT list.
