In which case we need SNAT automap and in which case we can use a SNAT pool.... Incase if configured NONE than what will happen

NimbostratusHey GLM, I'm not sure I understand your question.
Are you asking what will happen if you set "Source Address Translation" to "None" for a virtual server? If so, then the system will use no source address translation pool for the virtual server. If there is no route between the client and server, the response will be lost.
If you are asking what will happen if you set "Source Address Translation" to "Auto Map" and do not configure a SNAT pool, then the system will use all of the floating self IP addresses as the translation addresses for the pool.
