SNAT and NAT precedence

Is there a way to change the default precedence of SNAT over NAT? I want static one-to-one NATs to take precedence over a dynamic wildcard SNAT. This is for pass-through traffic not associated with...

I don't believe you can unless this is something introduced with AFM. Can you not use one to one SNATs instead? Seems doable.
