NimbostratusSMTPS profile missing 10.2.4
I am running 10.2.4 and I am following the guide here https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/ltm-implementations-11-5-0/47.html (I know this is for 11.5.0 and not 10.2.4). There is no SMTPS profile on my F5. Upgrading to 11 is the obvious solution but this needs to be done now and the F5 upgrade is not going to be for a while. How can I manually do SMTPS on my OS version 10.2.4?

If you don't need to offload TLS from the mail server, I would recommend passing through the TLS to the various mail servers. If the requirement is to offload TLS to LTM, try this:

The iRule should work for both regular server 25 traffic but I have not tested this with client submission port (587)-based traffic.
