I'm migrating the anti-spam servers to be load balanced by F5. Currently in ACE there's no persistence configured. What is the best practice to load balance smtp, is it required to have persistence or not?

Faruk_AYDINUse least connection method, no need to configure persistence, but if it is required for some reason, use source-address persistency for smtp.
