I have a single IP address Virtual Server but I need to SSL terminate two different domain names using two different ssl certs and using two different client ssl profiles.   Can this be achieved ...

If you control your clientbase, this can be done with the TLS SNI parameters. The problem is that not all browsers support it, mainly, IE pre-Vista.
