Should I set the bigip_link monitor to the links on the LC?

I do not think that there is a set meaning because the monitor results become the same after all even if the bigip_link monitor is set to each links, when the Link Controller has just aimed only at the load-balancing of the links.

 

 

Have I misunderstood it?
