Sharepoint SSO form based and NTLM

Hello,

 

We have a sharepoint 2010, There are external user who authenticate to LDAP server, SSO is form based.

 

Internal users using AD and SSO should be NTLM based.

 

 

Can somybody help me how I can configure this scenario?
