You need to provide more information about the problem.

 

Is the external traffic arriving in the F5?

 

Can you provide the relevant part of F5 configuration?

 

Can you take a tcpdump and see what happens?

 

Can you capture your browser session, using fiddler or HTTPWatch for example, while trying to access from external network?
