We are running moss 2007 with 3 servers (1 dedicated crawling server and 2 web front end's for the end users.) The 2 WFE's are behind an F5 round robin load balancer.

Jul 06, 2009If you don't get an answer, you might try checking MS's support site for Sharepoint, the F5 - MOSS deployment guides or collect more info on the failure.
You can use a browser plugin like HttpFox for Firefox or Fiddler for IE to see which request(s) triggers the email and get more detail on whether multiple requests are being submitted. You might try adding an HTTP header logging iRule to the virtual server (LogHttpHeaders Click here) and check the server access logs to try to collect more detail on the symptoms of the issue.
