I logged a case with F5

The cookie expiry date of 1970 is a standard date for terminating the session - so that is normal.
We discovered the Access Policy applied to the Sharepoint VIP was being processed at all. The F5 tech couldn't find a reason why is not processes. He recommended we should do a fail over to the standby unit.
