Setting up an iControl 9.4.0 Java environment

I used the Java Quickstart guide (http://devcentral.f5.com/Default.aspx?tabid=63&articleType=ArticleView&articleId=60) to set up my iControl environment and tried running the make.bat in the root axis...

Joe, don't we have a dependency list somewhere? That appears to be the problem, they're not getting all of the external libraries.
