Setting network firewall policy dynamically

I have many different systems behind a single VS. The VS has a wildcard certificate and basic HTTP policy. I use irule to set the pool based on the host name. So far so good. However, I have been asked to set up a specific firewall rule set for specific hosts (Allowing list of IP addresses, etc.). I cannot seem to find a way to use irule to set the firewall / App security policy / protocol security policy etc. base on the host name for this request.
