Thanks for your prompt feedback, i will be adapting the following action plan: Step 1: Changing the provisionning level of the AVR to nominal, if the problem was not resolved. Step 2: I will empty all the buffer logs, if the problem was not solved. Step 3: Upgrading to version 11.4. i will be sharing the results according to the execution frame with the status of this problem. Any other suggestion??
