Service port is showing green but health monitor does not.. in this case connectivity gonna work or not..

It depends on how much you trust your monitor. Typically I put a little more faith in any actual testing I do, as sometimes changes are made to the pool members that screws with how the health monitors are configured.

 

Most common example I've seen of this is any sort of status-check page the health monitor is looking for that gets deleted/moved.
