our company is looking into automation for which we have to integrate our LTM with service-now ticketing system. I am not sure which additional components required from F5 side to do this...

AltocumulusTry making outbound SOAP calls within a workflow. You might also try using outbound REST calls which run the MID server. You can then interact with the REST APIs which resemble the tmsh functionality for adding and removing pools.
