Service-now integration with Big-ip LTM

Hi experts, our company is looking into automation for which we have to integrate our LTM with service-now ticketing system. I am not sure which additional components required from F5 side to do this...

Service-Now MID servers sitting on-premise (even if SN is hosted) have the ability to call powershell scripts. This would allow you to use our Powershell iControl snap-in and script some automation to use with SN's service catalog offering.

 

Of course put the request into a workflow so you can have some form of approval process but it's all doable.
