Server SSL Profile on Virtual Server Port 80 going to Pool Member of HTTPS Servers(443)

We have a 2 Tier F5 Design, the first tier is ASM which is the public facing F5, the second tier is the LTM F5. Our plan is to configure a HTTPS Virtual Server on the ASM with Client SSL Profile to decrypt headers for inspection and distribute the traffic to HTTP Virtual Server on the LTM with Server SSL Profile and the HTTP Virtual Server on the LTM will distribute the traffic to the Back-end HTTPS Web Server.

Question: 1.) Will this design work? Data Flow: VS_443(ClientSSL)-->Pool_80(LTM Virtual Server with ServerSSL)-->HTTPS WebServers
