Perhaps you need to put DEFAULT: in front of the cipher string. i.e:

DEFAULT:!SSLv2:!TLSv1_2:!TLSv1_1:!EXPORT:!DH:RSA+RC4:RSA+AES:RSA+DES:RSA+3DES:ECDHE+AES:ECDHE+3DES:@SPEED
