Scenario is that we have a class B network with one VLAN ( flat VLAN ). I cant configure the Mgmt IP and the Self IP ( as it shares the network ).

Oct 15, 2014Ok - I know this post is pretty old, but I just had the same problem and was able to solve it by using Partitions and Route Domains. You can create an untagged vlan and place that untagged vlan in the Route Domain and it will no longer bark at you - since they are in two separate routing tables now.
