Security checklist for VCMP

Hi,

 

I am trying to test the security of a system that already has a VCMP. Is there any checklist or special document that I can follow to make sure that everything is secure?

    That really depends on your security requirements. VCMP is just a hypervisor. Apply said hypervisor security requirements/tests to VCMP. If you don't have any, develop them.

    Thanks for your reply. You mean that I just have to check the general security issues on a hypervisor? Isn't there anything that should be checked based on the features of the Vcmp like permissions, Authentication, communication between VMs, etc?

    should really depends on your requirements. It's just a Unix box.
